- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes, open 24 hours with hotel key car access the fitness center is equipped with a small selection of cardio equipment and free weights. Alternatively, the front desk offers passes to the local New York Sports Club, for a fee, for the guest that is looking for a larger selection of equipment.

- Valet parking. $54 for cars and $64 for SUVs, per day with no in and out privileges, and it is not included in room rate

- Our rooms do not accommodate rollaways and cribs, but playards can be arranged by contacting the front desk.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- 18 years old
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations and 72 hours prior to arrival during high season on most reservations. You must cancel by 6pm Eastern Standard time 24 or 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty on most reservations. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for Hotel Check-in.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- 17 and under
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes, our King Premier room types connect to our Double/Double Deluxe room types.
- Do you have accessible rooms?

- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes, if the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in an early departure fee of up to 1 night's room and tax is charged.
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
- Silverleaf tavern is serving breakfast during the following hours:

The bar in Silverleaf Tavern is open from 5 – 11 pm (Mon – Tues) and 5 – Midnight (Wed – Sat)
- I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- A credit card is required upon check in. Upon check out you can pay in cash or by credit card.
- Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
- Yes, the hotel requires a $100.00 deposit per night.
- How can the incidental deposit be made?
- This deposit can be placed on your credit or debit card. Please note that when using a debit card, the hotel asks the bank for an authorization for $100 per day. As is the case with debit card accounts, the money being held by the hotel until your departure will be �frozen� and not available for use until after your departure from the hotel. Upon check out, the hotel will charge the debit card for the amount of incidentals that you actually incurred. Depending on your bank and the stipulations of your debit card, the money can take 5-10 business days to be released back to your account.
- When will the incidental deposit be returned to my credit card?
- The incidental deposit is released on the day of you departure at midnight. Your bank will then have to post the transaction to your account.
- How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check in?
- At check in we authorize your entire stays room and tax plus an incidental deposit of $100 per day.
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Of course pets are allowed. Kimpton is a pet-friendly hotel. There are no restrictions to the type or size of pet. We will ask you to sign a wavier at check-in stating that you are responsible for any damage caused by the animal. We will also ask for your cell-phone number in the event you are out, and the animal is causing a disturbance.

- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Yes, they can be arranged through our Concierge
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- The nearest park is Bryant Park, just 4 blocks from the hotel.
