"Always expect a Kimpton Hotel to be lovely and 70 park avenue hotel met my expectations. I love the easy and personal service. I love the fresh fruit and flavored water in the lobby. The Sunday NY times and the wine and sangria at cocktail hour are a nice touch, too. This location is less than 10-minute walk to Grand Central, so it was great for a tourist weekend. We had easy access to the subway and to the airport bus. We also walked to the theater."

"Love, love, love this cute little hotel! We stayed in a Double Double with two queen size beds. A nice sized desk was included with great amenities. The hotel has a complimentary wine hour daily along with a restaurant/bar and 24-hour room service. The rooms and bathrooms were small, but that is to be expected in NYC. The location is also steps away from Grand Central. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"If you're looking for convenience, outstanding service, and simple elegance all at an affordable price, 70 Park Avenue Hotel is for you. The hotel staff was outstanding. The bellmen made a great first impression, and it didn't end there. Our concierge and the rest of the staff greeted us every morning and offered the best suggestions for daily activities and answered every question we had. We had no problem walking to popular attractions such as 30 Rock, Times Square, 5th Ave., and Grand Central. Another plus was the Starbucks right across the street."

"This hotel was perfect! They have completed renovated this boutique hotel and the new furniture and design was lovely. Loved the furniture, new rugs and bedding was dreamy. It was extremely clean and all the service personnel were extremely helpful. We walked everywhere from here and loved the fresh apples and lemon water when we returned. What a wonderful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff made note of it too! We love New York City!"

"We stayed for 4 nights, it was perfect location wise. The room was slightly smaller than I had expected but it's NYC... Happy hour at the hotel from 5 till 6 pm complimentary wine in the lobby, which was a plus. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Can't wait to return!"
